This property is a real home in a real neighborhood, not just a sterile rental. You can feel the warmth of a family through quality furnishings and the care taken inside and out. The hosts, Jana and her son Jacob. provide a hearty welcome and make you feel right at home. The friendly property manager Alenka also stops by to welcome you and provides lots of great info on the area.
The views of the Adriatic from the apartment are stunning and the terrace/balcony is a really nice place to relax and take it all in. The yard/garden is very nicely landscaped and beautiful. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet. It was great to be able to park right at the doorstep in a covered space. The apartment has a nice spacious feel and is very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. There is tons of great storage for all of your belongings. The kitchen is large and has everything you need including a big fridge. Bathroom was very nice with good water pressure and plenty of good linens. We slept well in comfortable bed(s), one of which had a direct view of the sea. We appreciated being able to do laundry. The A/C worked great and you will need it in Portoroz. Overall, we had a really fantastic stay and were sad to leave. Everything really exceeded our expectations.
P.S. Our favorite place to swim indoors and out in Portoroz is at Sea Waterpark Termaris at the St. Bernardin /Histrion Hotel spa. You can get day passes. Very relaxing and spotlessly clean.

Trocha staršie vybavenie ubytovania , bolo by fajn modernejšie vybavenie elektroniky ale ak nie ste náročný tak to stačí . Je to dosť do kopca ale s tým treba počítať ak chcete pekný výhľad

We were welcomed by Vesna. She showed us around the apartment and explained everything. It’s a very comfortable space and has a great terrasse overlooking the bay. It has everything you need. Comfortable beds. No noise. A Mercator close by. Free parking space on the premises. A 30-minute walk from Piran. We highly recommend it. We also were lucky to taste Alenka’s home made limoncello (sweet, not too strong, delicious !).
