Fantastic location, beautiful view

Loved our stay here! Ana is so kind and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. Finding the place was easy and there was plenty of parking. We stayed in apartment 10 (two bedroom with sea view) and loved it. The view was fantastic. Our balcony was big with a table for four people and a chaise lounge. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. The two bedrooms were comfortable. Ana was kind enough to turn the second bedroom with single beds into one large bed for my mom. The kitchen has the basics you need including refrigerator, stovetop, kettle and microwave. There is no oven, but that was not a problem for us. The location is perfect. By foot, about 10 minutes to Portoroz and 40 to Piran. The walk to Piran is beautiful, but if you prefer you can take the bus which stops at the end of the street by the petrol station. The apartment is also very close to a Mercator (closed on Sundays!) which was very convenient. Can't fault a thing! Loved it here and am hoping I'll be lucky enough to go back someday.

Wonderful place to stay in Portoroz

We stayed at this accommodation for the second time, the first time was five years ago. The place is nice, clean, and in an excellent location – you can reach everything you need within a 5–10 minute walk. The host’s approach is absolutely exceptional. She shared great tips for local places and was wonderful with children – there was kids’ tableware, placemats, a high chair, and even a bed rail. You truly feel welcome and very comfortable staying here.

Will choose this place again next time without doubt

(I stayed appartment #8) If I have another chance to spend my holiday in the area, I will choose this place again without any doubt. The room was super clean and very well-organized (e.g. even in kitchen drawer). The amenities and kitchenware are well-prepared. The staff is very friendly and supportive, always demonstrating "desire to care". The good view of sea and green from the balcony to relax.

I would have been great if there was the washing machine for the guests (can be shared one and with fee). They offer the wash for the guest 14:00-16:00 but the timeslot is limited and bit tricky.

Ana is the best host I have met so far, she was very helpful, paid attention to everything, provided us with important information. A very well-located apartment between Portoroz and Piran with a sea view. Very clean, well-equipped, and furnished with comfortable furniture, featuring a balcony where you can enjoy meals while admiring the surroundings. Spacious parking available without the need for reservations or additional fees. A shop, promenade, and beach are also conveniently nearby. Excellent communication with a very friendly host who takes care of details and guest comfort by providing essential information about local attractions. We will definitely return.

Dear Ana The apartman is very clean and well-equipped.Have a beautiful view to the bay. The beach is near ( 3 min) the shop and the center is similar. The apartman prepaire tea, coffee, honey, sugar… like a five star hotel. You are very helpful when we are. We could contact you with any questions or if we need something, you helpd us directly. Perfect stay

It was enough room, everything was perfectly clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom very modern, there are blinds for the windows, a very comfy bed and the terrace comes with an incredible sea view. Awesome! There was even enough space for my yoga mat and every morning when we sat on the terrace for breakfast we felt lucky to have booked this apartment.

The apartment was perfect - very clean and well furnished. The kitchen was well eqquiped so I was able to cook for our toddler. The apartment is about 2 minutes of walking far from small local beach and about 10 minutes of walking far from the Central Portoroz Beach (the sandy one). There is a small supermarket just right down the hill and a bus stop aw well (2 minutes of walking). The owner - Ana - was very welcoming, always giving advice where to go, what to do and asking if we need anything. Overall it was perfect. We would definitely return if in Portoroz.

Beautiful big and modern room. We had all facilities we would have needed. Very friendly host. Great view from the terrace and very close to the beach. Perfect spot

I stayed with my friends for 5 nights and we loved everything. The distance to the beach is very short, homeowner was very pleasant, hospitable and understanding and the room itself was very clean and welcoming. Our room was on the second floor and we enjoyed the view of the sea the most. Overall it was the perfect spot to spend my bday. Definitely coming to this place again. :)

Wonderful stay

Everything was great. Apartment is close to everything, 3 minutes walk to the shop and to the nature beach (place under the trees with stairs to the sea), Medusa beach is 10 minutes walk. Apartments are beautiful, new and clean. Great thing is that you get towels. You will find everything you need in kitchen. Owner is very nice and helpful. If we will visit Portoroz again, it will be definitely our best choice.

Only one thing- curtain to the garden is visible to the outside. It is a little bit uncomfortable.
