Sauberkeit, Größe, Ausstattung und der Pool.
Der Gas-Durchlauferhitzer war sehr laut. Es schien so, als gäbe es nur diesen einen für 2-3 Wohnungen. Bei uns ging er leider auch mitten in der Nacht an, auch wenn alle bei uns geschlafen und beispielsweise nicht geduscht haben.
Leider gab es auch keine Türe, die man zu diesem Raum schließen konnten. Da wir gerne mit offenen Schlafzimmertüren schlafen, sind wir Nachts öfter durch den Lärm des Erhitzers geweckt worden.
