Lovely big modern apartment on an excellent development.Great location and fantastic sea views. The photos on the listing didn't do it justice. The balcony and sun Terrace are both large and private.

The bed was a bit rickety, slightly uncomfortable and the pillows need replacing. The balcony hadn't been cleaned and the floor covering was worse for wear. With a little effort and attention to detail this would be absolutely fantastic. Good value despite its faults.

La situación y la comodidad del apartamento

La cocina tiene poco equipamiento adicional. Al ser pocos días eché de menos una batidora eléctrica, una cafetera de cápsulas (llevé la mia), cuchillos en buen estado, algún utensilio manual habitual, cosas así. También falta algo de mantenimiento: el mando de la tv está demasiado desatascado para uso normal, luz escasa en general y en particular sobre la cocina (no funcionaba la luz del extractor y quedaba oscura la zona, una lámpara de pie sin bombilla, un ladrón de corriente en mal estado (al usarlo se cortó la corriente general).

Nell’appartamento, comodo, ambiente tranquillo e in ottima posizione, ideale per vacanza relax.

Letto troppo piccolo, la stanza avrebbe dimensioni adatte per un letto matrimoniale di dimensioni normali.

Die Lage mit Blick auf den Atlantik. Super sauberere Anlage inkl. täglich gereinigtem Pool. Tiefgarage. Dachterrasse und Balkon.

Die Balkon- und Terrassenmöbel, nicht wie beschrieben und in schlechtem Zustand. Sonnenschirm billigste Ausführung und defekt. Wäsche-Trockenmöglichkeit sehr klein. Für Handtücher und Bettwäsche ungeeignet. Wasserhahn Küche undicht und nicht korrekt mit der Spüle verschraubt, Wasser läuft in den Unterschrank. Uns war das Bett zu schmal und wackelig. Auf dem Terrassenboden viele Klebereste.
