VACATION FEEL - 2BR Apartment with Terrace & Private Parking in Baneasa

The flat was very clean, comfortable and spacious on the ground floor with a small yard. The staff was friendly and super helpful. It is situated in a green and quiet area of Bucharest, yet public transport is a 3 mins walk.

The double beds may be a bit larger and I recommend to offer duvets for each person.

Shower gel was present in both bathrooms, but no hand soap or shampoo.

The only positive thing was that it was spacious and close to the main purpose of our trip (the US Embassy)

The parking space is very tight and if you want to frequently enter/exit the garage, you always have to rely on the guard (plus, the agency didn't provide any instructions on how to exit the garage, even though we called them to ask and they never called back). The entire apartment is dirty, our socks got dirty after only a few steps. The couch was also dirty along with the carpet in front of it, and it's pretty clear that a vacuum cleaner and/or a mop hadn't been used there for quite some time. The bed sheets also didn't seem to be very clean. The walls were stained in certain places. The entire apartment smelled bad. The construction quality is cheap and you can easily hear the neighbors. No basic amenities were available: no hand soap in the bathrooms, no paper towels in the kitchen, only 2 toilet paper rolls that were barely enough for 2 people (let alone for more people). The shower had a leak in the hose and the drain was pretty clogged, so water went everywhere. The other bathroom had mold stains. The fact that the booking is handled by an agency that claims to manage 150 apartments is also a drawback. They do reply quickly but they got things mixed up even when all information was provided by us and sometimes they reply in English even though I always wrote them in Romanian. The rudest thing is that they had the audacity to ask for a perfect 10 score so they keep up their good rating, but, unfortunately they are very far away from that and other reviews confirm this. All in all it wasn't a pleasant stat and it's definitely too expensive for what it offers.
