L’appartement est très bien situé et avec beaucoup de charme. La petite piscine antérieure a fait la joie des enfants.
La vaisselle mérite d’être renouvelée : il y avait seulement 3 verres à eau dont 2 ébréchées. Il manquait également des couverts.
Il y a une légère odeur d’humidité lorsque l’on rentre dans l’appartement, mais c’est uniquement dans l’entrée.
