Great location and nicely decorated

It's not a 2-bed apt, it's a double ensuite with a private entrance stairwell. 25sqm not 50sqm. Check-in experience not great, it's managed by an agent and it took us a while to get through to them on the phone when we were at the door, but we had told them what time we'd be there.

The property was absolutely beautiful, the rooms large and beds very comfy

No toilet roll in 2nd bedroom , no way of making a cup of tea and access to 2nd bedroom was through first which was awkward. The communication with the agency was very poor, we asked for an early check in and were told possibly by 2pm but by 4.10pm I had to contact to ask for access code as not heard, when I called the staff member was quite rude, said she would send code now and put phone down without a goodbye. When we came to leave the door lock broke and we could not get out, this was at 8.20am, I emailed twice and called and did not get a response until around 12 midday! Luckily we had managed to get out! If we had not we would have missed out flight. Very disappointed with the response time of staff.
