The room was nice and big. There was a washer and dryer, even though I didn't need it. There's a big comfortable king size bed. Comfortable sheets, comforter, and soft pillows. The only thing was, it was dusty behind the bed. The bathroom is inside the room. Nice and clean with a walk in shower with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Clean towels and keys to lock your room. The owner lives there but wasn't home until late at night then leaves early in the morning. He communicates well. I would definitely stay again.
It was dusty behind the bed. There was food in the drain in the kitchen sink that smelled. But the kitchen was clean with some free snacks.

Very comfortable bed and nice big bathroom and shower. Kitchen facilities were spacious. Great walking from the house to surrounding interesting areas. Very quiet and the price was great
Maybe a little closer to downtown st pete but it is very close to the water.
