Ruhe, Sauberkeit, Erreichbarkeit/Freundlichkeit der Verwalterin, unkompliziertes Einchecken.
Burg konnte nicht besichtigt werden. Wir hatten leider Pech, dass der Burgherr nicht vor Ort war. Es müsste mehr Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern geben und eine bessere Ausstattung in der Küche.

Alles war wunderschön , reibungsloser Check-In , Wohnung sehr toll eingerichtet Die Lage ist wunderbar, auch mit Hund , da sehr ruhig und gut befahrbar Wer Ruhe und Wald liebt ist hier genau richtig ♡

Wir kommen seit Jahren immer wieder zur Sauerburg, da wir die einzigartige Lage sehr schätzen. Alle drei Ferienwohnungen sind auf ihre Art wunderbar und wir sind immer wieder gerne da! Die Wanderungen in der Umgebung sind wunderbar. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit- wir hatten etwas vergessen was uns schnell und anstandslos zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Dafür sind wir sehr dankbar.
Leider hat der Standard in den letzten Jahren abgenommen. Es gibt keine Bettwäsche/keine Handtücher mehr, was als Ferienwohnung die für Kurzaufenthalte angeboten wird, nicht optimal ist. Auch Müllbeutel haben wir vermisst.
