Beautiful views of the fjord, close to a shop, and an excellent base for exploring the area. The property is still developing, adding new amenities and expanding. It is truly lovely to see people with passion pursuing their dream of creating a beautiful hotel property. Highly recommended!
If I may make one suggestion, coffee machines would be a very welcome addition

The view is insane! A bit far from Tromsø city center but nothing crazy totally worth the trip!

It was a nice place. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice. Quiet. Close to the city(15 minute drive). Nice frozen beach and views of the mountains.
Firstly we was a bit disappointed because we thought we had booked to stay in the actual steam pier but was in a ground floor room off to the side(maybe this was my fault but the photos all showed the pier rooms and they looked much nicer). There is no thought about where to put anything like wet snowy shoes and jackets, no shoe rack so they made the carpet wet by the door and no hangers to hang coats. There is also no room cleaning unless you pay around £50 extra, that is ridiculous! I have never stayed anywhere in the world where I would have to pay to have my room cleaned. The sauna is an extra expense of around £80, and the hot tub was around £40 for two people, i think this should be included in the price of the stay like other places I have stayed around Tromsø.
