Location, good amount of rooms and bathrooms, well equipped
Lack of maintenance. Garden was with no maintenance, abandoned. Shower in master bedroom very little hot water, needed to close cold main valve to get acceptable warm temperature.
Update: Several days after writing this post, when checking my credit card statement by chance, realized that host had charged EU 300 in excess the day of check in. Had to claim it back and was refunded. Don't know the origin of the error but that is what happened.

The house was very confortable and well equipped. The pool was great. Lovely garden. Excellent air conditioning (very important in summer time)
The experience was very good. If it is necessary to make a personal comment of a different tone perhaps the access to the closest beaches requires some walking with a rocky access. But that is common in the area and distances are clearly stated in the file of the house.
