Just outside Oia and set to a backdrop of the sparkling Aegean Sea, this converted canava is a true Grecian retreat. Here, smooth lines, white-washed walls and characterful curves dominate the design – we think it's bright, elegant and utterly relaxing. Although it's on the smaller side, everything you'll need is accounted for, from a rainfall shower in the en-suite bath to a compact yet fully-equipped kitchen.
But it's the dazzling terrace that makes this home extra special. Underneath the arch, you'll find a refreshing plunge pool with whirlpool jets, perfect for late-night dips. On the veranda, you can drink in the unforgettable Santorini sunset (a bottle of wine, optional) and watch as the stars slowly come out overhead. The postcard-worthy views are downright magical – think caldera cliffs, glistening ocean and the famous castle all yours to behold – and the town is only a short walk away when you fancy restaurants, bars or a day of sightseeing.
