Sevan - Tsovazard Beach House

A really unique property in a stunning lakeside location. The main room is vast if a little unusual, with rooms off it decorated in traditional style. If you’re after high-end luxury and modern fixtures and fittings, this is not the place for you. It felt a bit like going back in time. A real experience, especially being able to go out of the back door and 10 steps later you’re swimming in the lake. There is a petrol station directly opposite the entrance road which has a small grocery store and next to it an even smaller shop selling fruit and veg / bread.

Parts of it like the kitchen felt a bit cluttered and could do with tidying up. The windows could have done with cleaning as they were caked in dead flies (don’t leave the door open for any length of time or you will be invaded by them). At check-out, the owner’s dad was there knocking at 11am on the dot, which felt a bit pressuring. I would expect at least a bit of leeway.

Prachtige locatie aan het meer met uitzicht op de bergen en een aantal vogeleilandjes. Hartelijke ontvangst door Babik die ons ook nog tweemaal zelf bereide vis bracht!

Er zit veel lucht in de waterleiding waardoor het water soms uit de kraan knalt en alle kanten opspuit.

Жемчужина этого дома это мангал посреди зала: в любую погоду можно готовить мясо или рыбу или просто разводить в нем огонь для уюта. Спальни простые, домашние, но очень удобные и ощущение, будто просыпаешься у бабушки в деревне) В домике есть шампуры, турка, кастрюли, в общем вся посуда для приготовления еды. Нас встретил отец Мирам, который оказался еще и рыбаком и помог нам организовать вкуснейший армянский ужин! Провел мастер-класс по приготовлению шашлыка из форели, а так же подсказал где лучше купить продукты и научил делать печеную картошку в печке, которая тоже есть в домике. Мы это запомним на всю жизнь, спасибо Вам огромное! Так вкусно, искренне и еще раз вкусно!! На утро нам открылся потрясающий вид на Севан: в озере плавают утки, летают чайки. Рядом с домиком стоят лавочка и столик, где можно попить чай или кофе и просто насладиться природой. Так же часов в 10-11 приезжают с рыбалки рыбаки и привозят свежий сиг. Если остаетесь на несколько дней, можно его купить и сварить уху! Спасибо Вам огромное за прием и за возможность отдохнуть в таком красивом месте!

La ubicación y las vistas inmejorables

Las instalaciones son precarias hay un cable eléctrico que pasa por la ducha. Las camas son viejas e incómodas tienen dos colchones viejos y la ropa de cama y de baño parecen reutilizados. El agua corriente no es potable para guisar hay que coger el agua de fuera y las moscas y otros insectos invaden la casa a la mínima que abras la puerta.
