It was comfortable and clean and the view is amazing. Brenda is friendly and helpful.

There were a few broken items such as bath pipe, plug and blinds in main bedroom so couldn’t open them for light.

The aircons to help with the humidity and open living space were great. The kitchen is a very nice. The kids also loved the swimming pool, which was wonderful to have given the wind conditions limiting our beach time. The house is also close to a mall with various takeaway options and massive PnP Hyper, Builders Warehouse and other shops.

I know this is outside of the host's control, but the building site next door spoils the view. Some maintenance is required on blinds and the front door. For some it may be nice, but having a cleaner in the house the whole day, every day, washing floors and moving things bothered us to the extent that we asked that they only clean the kitchen the one day and then the caretaker came to inquire about it. We also hoped to be walking distance to the beach based on the pictures, but needed to drive there.
