Location Comfortable beds Spacious apartment
No extra towels in the cupboards or any other amenities. First night we didn't have hot water for a shower and heating. They tried to help giving us guidelines through text messages after we noticed it in the evening. We lost around 4 hours trying to repair the issue ourselves with no result and a maintenace person visited the appartment next day after 10 am. For me this was frustrating, unacceptable and very unprofessional.
