Everything was better than we expected! The room was beautiful and most importantly, super clean! The instructions for the self check in were easy to follow. Location was also great! Despite being close to the road it was quiet. Wifi was good. Highly recommend the place!

A perfect oasis to rest in heart of Shkoder

The room is the size of one bedroom apartment, although the layout is a studio room. Room is spacious and as described on the picture advertised online with great modern design. Bathroom is spacious, modern and comfortable. Location is also centrally located with many shops in the vicinity and a corner supermarket nearby. It is also 1 minute walk to the bus stop for the intercity bus for Tirana. Owner is also very kind and helpful.

Its a great space very clean and a fantastic location.The bed was comfortable, great black out curtains and smooth check in.

Overall the Accomodation is good,there are a few small things that would make it excellent. There is a kettle but no tea, coffee or water which would be nice, especially if you have had a long travel day. The towel had a big hole in it - perfectly functional but details make a difference. You have to turn the hot water on , which is absolutely fine but it would be nice if there was a notice to tell you that to avoid cold showers . Lastly please invest in a toilet roll holder, when I arrived the half a toilet roll had been placed on the handle of the toilet brush which is not at all hygienic so I had to go out to buy toilet roll.

There was no hand soap/detergent provided, and the shampoo in the shower was clearly insufficient – it even seemed watered down. Also the mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable!

Overall, the location is amazing. It’s close to old town

The room doesn’t look the display pictures. The host has two room. The other room is far from the picture. It quite misleading for the guests. I would suggest the host update the images on booking.com

Extremely helpful and accommodating staff, perfect location and lovely room!

This was our second stay and unfortunately there was an electrical issue with Centropolis Apartments. However, the host organised a seamless alternative still within the same building that was the same excellent quality so we were very happy! The location is really perfect - right near the bus stops, restaurants, bars, cafes.

Very good place, bathroom and location, the only minor issue was Netflix.

It was impossible to get Netflix to work, the only thing we could do was watch Alvin and the chipmunks on YouTube for free (with ads).

Outstanding modern and well maintained apartment in the middle of Shkodra. The hotel offered a luggage storage for the 3 day trip to Valbona and Theth which went without any problems.

Very good

The self check in was smooth. The room is small in comparison to the average in Shkoder. The location is very convenient, close to the main square from where all the tours and buses start. The bed is quite comfortable. ++ We were kindly allowed to leave our luggage in storage while on tour on the mountains and picked them up three days later!

Worst expierence

I was deceived , I booked for a room with balcony and got a room with window Tried to contact the owner , and he said it was miss-typing problem !! The mattress was not comfortable , no tissues in the room . and the lighting system was annoying since there’s no option for dim light And the room is way different from photos ( looks like adjusted on photoshop) . You need to choose the room to see the real photos
