It wasn’t comfortable to have nothing in bathroom and second bedroom to put even a toothbrush.

The building location

1.That there wasn’t any shelf or cabinet in bathroom 2. Nothing to put the suitcase and hung my clothes on the second bedroom.

Beautiful apartment but not so practical

The property was beautiful and exactly as the pictures The view of the sea from the veranda is amazing. The location was great in terms of restaurants and shopping

Having said that, the sofa was really uncomfortable, as were the pillows in the bedrooms The kitchen was stunning but did not have a microwave My biggest issue was that the entrance to the building is on the main road, with no way to stop a car or taxi and load/unload luggage

Considering the quality of the apartment the shower facilities was very average. We did not have access to a tv for 3 days Kitchen facilities were very average!!

400 euros a day means a lot. Fancy apartment but lack of functionality.

The location and the view

Over-priced. Although there is heating infrastructure, we could only heat the apartment with ac and heating devices. When you get into the apartment, it was so cold. More, for 3 people, getting a shower and going out took so long, because water-heating system needs to be restarted everytime someone takes a shower. With this pricing, one would expect more!

Amazing views in the center of Thessaloniki

Obviously the location is excellent and the view is just as amazing as in the pictures. Could not really understand why someone commented negatively on the size of the elevator, it is the standard size, maybe even bigger than many in the old buildings, enough to fit any suitcase, and works perfectly. The hosts are very responsive, and gave excellent recommendations upon request. There are several parking structures nearby and an option to leave the baggage if needed. No noise from the streets in the bedrooms even on a Saturday night. Overall excellent choice.

Disappointing to say the least.

Location of the property

Rudely greeted upon arrival with next to no information for the upcoming stay. Property was extremely dirty. Floors especially with hair lingering threw every corner of the place. Shower was a nightmare to use as the shower head is situated in such an unpractical position, power in the property kept short circuiting in one occasion whilst being in the shower with there already un sturdy supply of hot water that needs to be turned on before each use. Air conditioning would turn off when balcony doors are opened which is quiet acceptable however didn’t turn back on efficiently enough. Balcony becomes full of water from this same air conditioner making it unpleasant to even sit, with the two chairs provided and no table? Speaking of the balcony. Don’t expect the doors to lock. This was a huge security issue for my family as I have a young child. Wouldn’t revisit and wouldn’t recommend.

View was spectacular and the location was very central and surrounding cafes, bars and restaurants were amazing.

The wifi was not working and the hot water needs to be turned on 20 minutes before every time you use it and automatically turns off after an hour

A gorgeous apartment with great facilities and a wonderful view of a beautiful harbour.

The apartment is absolutely amazing! Beautifully decorated, incredibly spacious and the view from the balcony (accessed by lovely large glass doors) is incredible. To wake up each morning and watch the boats and people go by is perfect for a wonderful and relaxing holiday. The location is right in the heart of the foreshore and you can walk to all attractions and bars and restaurants. Very well appointed and complete with kitchen and laundry facilities.

We loved our stay here

The view was amazing. The location was great. The apartment had everything we needed. The hosts were there to meet us even though we arrived clase to midnight and we're available to answer all our questions. Highly, highly recommend this place.

Could have been a bit more closet space for clothes in bedroom and for toiletries in bathroom.

A Splendid Stay

I'm thrilled with my stay! This apartment is a true gem. The location is incredible, the space is spacious, the decor is charming, the kitchen is a dream, and the balcony offers a breathtaking view of the sea and city. Trust me, it's been a delightful experience in Thessaloniki.

Just wanted to bring up a couple of things to keep in mind: Firstly, one of the rooms doesn't have air conditioning or an exterior window, so it's good to be aware of the potential warmth during the summer months. Secondly, the shower setup might feel a tad outdated, as it's located inside a bathtub and has a curtain... But hey, let's not sweat the small stuff! These are just minor details that in no way diminish the overall charm and appeal of the apartment.

lovely spacious living space with open views to the see (and docks).

would have liked some basics provided like oil, salt and pepper and washing powder as it’s not something you want to buy if only there for a few days. whilst location is perfect for teens, maybe not for a young family. it’s noisy into the early hours, tho bedrooms are at the back so maybe not a problem.

Wunderbares Apartment mit grandiosem Ausblick aufs Meer

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment sehr genossen, riesiger Wohn-/Essbereich, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben bequeme Betten, in einem Schlafzimmer gibt es Klimaanlage/Heizung. Die Wohnung war schön warm - auch im Februar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war total problemlos und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Apartment liegt direkt am Meer und der Ausblick ist unglaublich. Wir haben einen Abend den Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon genossen. In dieser Gegend gibt es unzählige Restaurant, Bars und Cafés und die Promenade geht direkt am Haus vorbei.

Wir wurden von der anliegenden Schule geweckt und auch der Verkehr vor dem Haus ist laut, aber daran haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt.

Η τοποθεσια ειναι εξαιρετικη. Πρωινο δεν ειχε, αλλα το γνωριζαμε εκ των προτερων.

Το διαμερισμα ηταν πολυ κρύο.Δεν μπορουσε να ζεσταθει σε καμμια περιπτωση με τις 2 μικρες, κλιματιστικες μοναδες ιδιαιτερα στον υπνοδωματιο , ασχετα που λειτουργει κεντρικη θερμανση τις βαρδινες ωρες (τυπικα και οχι ουσιαστικα). Οταν το αναφεραμε μας ενημερωσαν οτι μπορουν να μας δωσουν επιπλεον κλινοσκεπασματα, αλλα αυτο δεν ηταν λειτουργικο, διοτι θα επρεπε να ειμαστε κουκουλωμενοι κατω απο τα κρεβατια συνεχεια , χωρις να βγαλουμε εξω το κεφαλι μας.Επιπλεον στο wc ειχε σπασμενο παραθυρο και δεν μπορουσες να κανεις μπανιο σε καμμια περιπτωση. Το κρυο ηταν εξωπραγματικο και δεν ευχαριστιεσαι σε καμμια περιπτωση , το ωραιο αυτο διαμερισμα.Αν θελετε να παρετε αναρρωτικη αδεια προτιμηστε το, ειδαλλως να πατε μονο ανοιξη η Φθινοπωρο. Τον Χειμωνα και το Καλοκαιρι θα εχετε θεμα.
