Salty Kisses Unit 20

Perfect for my daughter, myself and our chihuahua. Location was excellent. Quick walk to Seagull Beach. The fenced in backyard was great for the dog.

The only complaint we have is that in the off season, the shower floor needs regrouting and the air conditioner vents cleaned.

The location was great for us. The appliances were new and clean. The property was clean. There was a fenced yard to bring the dog out.

The bathroom is in dire need of repairs. The tiles on the floor of the shower are coming up from the floor and you could cut your foot if you weren’t careful. There is water making its way onto the bathroom floor and the tiles in front of the shower have come off and the floor is soft. You should also consider having some type of caddy on the shower to put soap and shampoo. The mattress in the bedroom should be replaced. It’s broken down. We couldn’t use the pans provided to cook as the Teflon was all gouged and flaking off and would have been in our food. There are no sheet pans if you’d like to use the oven. We went to the market and bought a sauté pan.

The location was within walking distance to two different beaches. Very quiet neighborhood and the house was the perfect size for 2 adults and our dog. Nice fenced in back yard with a grill and dining set. New fire pit with corn hole boards and beach chairs.

We stayed in late April which can still be quite cool at night. Salty Kisses has no heat other than a very old space heater. I would encourage guests to pack extra clothes or blankets to stay warm. The coffee maker could be upgraded. It takes a good 1/2 hour to brew a pot of coffee.
