Very clean. After check-it was easy to use and had every needed for a brief stay (coffee, tea, shampoo/soap, nice towels.) The bathroom was a nice size, and the air conditioning worked well (it was 33 degrees outside).
Check-in was difficult because the instructions sent didn’t match the property. The lock system had been upgraded, and there was an extra key panel at the door indicated. I called, and the operator was trying to help, but a neighbor ended up showing me the other door where my sensor worked. Any noise from the stairwell is audible, and I was woken up several times by neighbors coming/going. There was a noise of dripping water in the walls right next to the bed which also woke me up a few times. The price was very inflated (around €225/night) but so was everything in Graz that weekend.

The beds were super comfortable. Big, clean bathroom, towels provided. Location very good, calm neighborhood. WIFI was good. Entering procedure was clearly explained and quick.
The table could be slightly bigger and renewed. The bed was a little squeaky.

30 min walkin from city center is not far away if you like walking, and i enjoyed it.
Ventialtion in the bathroom is constantly on, not possible to turrn off, which is anoying during the night.
