Wonderful, independent family run hotel. Simple, clean and with character. Comfortable bed, quiet location but within a very short walk of some of the best independent bars and restaurants in Bangkok. A very warm welcome and a great breakfast. We will return.
Do also visit the food stall just outside (not Sunday or Monday) for some fantastic oyster pancakes.
The air conditioning unit was very powerful - which is great but it could have been more central rather than blowing down to just one side of the double bed. A minor observation.

An exceptional stay!
What more could I possibly add to what's already been said in the glowing reviews?
There is one thing, however, that deserves to be highlighted: the staff is simply fantastic, as is the manager. They all manage to give you that wonderful feeling of being part of the family.
I highly recommend this hotel, if only for the warmth of their welcome!
Perhaps a bit more space for storing clothes would have been needed.

It is a small place . No bells and whistles. Friendly family hotel . Where the owner serves you breakfast . Thank you Madam Ploy from Manau .

Very friendly staff
Great breakfast
Good location
Very small room - in my opinion around 11 Sq meters
The only window in the room is blocked - in reality no window g this is true for one fifth of the rooms in the hitel
