Location was a bit hard to find because there is no house number but accommodation is fair. It is a bit dated but good.
The front door lock needs repair the handle is loose, there was no plug for the kitchen sink and I had to wash the dishes in the bathroom sink, wifi information is incorrect, I got fined £60 for parking near the building as it is private property but there are no signs indicating that it is not allowed.

Complete lack of organisation, host doesn’t exist? I wasn’t able to check in until 2 and a half hours later by a cleaner who wasn’t in uniform so it could have been anyone. Someone was checked into my flat upon my arrival and although they told me no one had stayed in my room, there were obvious signs of someone having slept there. The flat has so many damages and broken fixtures I had to take multiple pictures and speak to 10 different staff to ensure that I wasn’t liable as everything from the carpet being lifted to the radiator almost falling off the wall was damaged and disgustingly filthy. I had to clean the place myself upon arrival, I had the cleaners try and open my door ? Good thing I had locked it otherwise they would have entered and as a single female it made me very uncomfortable. I had to speak to 10 different members of staff who all told me they’d call me back, I got past from pillar to post and to top it off, I had no hot water for the first few nights as no staff got back to me about setting the boiler. The fact this is still operating on booking.com is BEYOND me truly. I’m surprised this is even allowed. Good concept ABYSMAL execution. I never felt comfortable or safe and seeing how dirty and broken everything in there was, made it worse. I’d like to credit some of the staff I spoke to who were amazing and did try their best, I’m sure they’ve had to deal with this before. Word of advice to anyone willing to book this place, back yourself up with email proof as I did that just in case, every issue I brought up and any image proof was sent to their team via email.

excellent location for what I was doing
if is compact but ample for a single person - there isn’t a huge amount of storage which might make it tight for two people.
the kettle didn’t work and despite raising this within an hour of arriving a replacement was not forthcoming despite promises that it would be replaced
the tap in the kitchen sink is very loose
the carpet at the front door is coming up.
