Tv didn’t work properly Stacking parking Dealing with Booking.com was terrible

Location was excellent- facilities were great and apartment was well laid out.

We found the key collection a little tricky/ out of the way. Once we found the correct location it was ok. We had issues with the power in the kitchen- particularly the microwave and a dodgey fuse in the fuse box. Better instructions could have avoided having to call after hours.

We liked the layout and spaciousness of the property and the uninterrupted views from Surfers Paradise to Coolangatta were amazing. The interior space flowed out onto the extensive balcony making indoor/outdoor living easy. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware, and the kitchen appliances were high quality.

There were a number of cleanliness issues that were quite disappointing and we have let the property managers know about these. There were also a number of appliances that needed some maintenance as they were either broken or not working properly. The lack of a clothes dryer was a significant omission from this property. We have stayed at a number of places at Palm Beach that offer similar views, but have cost less than a third the price of Joy on Jefferson and have been better equipped and cleaner.
