The lady, who greeted us was lovely, poor soul had to wait for us as we arrived late. But she was very nice and helpful.

As it had been raining a lot, the rooms were a bit damp. Worth putting the heating on before the guests arrive. BUT as we nicely asked, she arranged it for the next day and all was super! I slept in!! i never do that - thats how comfortable it was!
