The house is very new. You can smell the fresh timber. Constructed well. Nice outdoor space for eating, surrounded by lakes, space and quietness. Can sleep 6 people comfortably. Good air conditioning on the ground floor and nice modern bathroom. Plenty of parking. Good indoor table for eating.

Not having a basic 40 euro microwave and air fryer is very prohibitive with a young family. There is a space where the kettle and tea making facilities are which would be better served with a basic microwave and air fryer. No sugar, no instant coffee or any decent selection of tea bags. Upstairs is uncomfortably hot without air conditioning when we stayed in the summer.

Die Lage am Waldrand neben den Fischteichen, haben einen Fuchs beobachtet und Störche sind jeden Tag im Garten rumspaziert! Der Sohn der Vermieter hat abends den Ofen für die Sauna angeheizt, die Oma hat uns Erdbeeren aus dem Garten gebracht , sehr sympathisch

We stayed there in winter, but the place is incredibly beautiful even during that season. The house has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything is new and modern. There is a wide selection of toiletries, excellent bed linen, a coffee machine with capsules, and all the necessary kitchen equipment. It was easy to arrange all additional services with the host. I highly recommend it to everyone.
