Good location but poor cleaning and utiliities

Easy keys collection from the lock box and good communication with the host. Good location Plenty of space on the off-street (paid) parking. Not very far from good groceries stores and the beach. Side view on the sea from the balcony was really nice

Dirty pans after previous guests, and the second one had scratched Teflon all over the place so no thank you. The shower head is not fixable in one position. The bedroom is not actually isolated from the living room as there is a space in the wall between the rooms so not great for families with small children. The balcony shares windows with the second apartment so this doesn't feel private.

Modern and cozy apartment

Modern and spacious apartment with a kitchen to prepare food. The bedroom is comfortable and the mattresses are soft. The location is close to the sea, beach and a forest. Also many grocery store and restaurants.

bad service, faulty equipment, no ocean view

the room had no heating and the staff couldn't fix it, the provided replacement heater was too small to do anything

Świetna lokalizacja, czysto, wygodnie.

Trochę utrudniony kontakt z obsługą, co mnie stresowało. Proponuję wyrzucić uschnięte kwiaty, bo chyba tylko szpecą :( No i fotel trochę do odświeżenia…

OK, ale nie wrócimy

Apartament zlokalizowany blisko morza oraz lasu, +1km do stacji SKM, +1km do centrum -restauracje, kawiarnie etc. Sam apartament dobrze przemyślany i urządzony, osobna sypialnia, sporo miejsca w salonie/kuchni. Ładny widok z balkonu na las- pod tym względem dość prywatnie. Wygodny odbiór kluczy w skrytce.

Oryginalne mieszkanie zostało podzielone na dwa apartamenty na wynajem - ściany są bardzo cienkie - słychać nawet normalne rozmowy, jest łączone wejście wiec słychać każde wejście/wyjście, domofon etc. Mieliśmy nieszczęście do sąsiadów którzy prowadzili nocny tryb życia i jedynie zatyczki ratują sytuacje. Podczas naszego 5dniowego pobytu nie działała zmywarka- zgłosiliśmy to drugiego dnia, ale do końca pobytu nie podjęto próby naprawy. Teoretycznie mała rzecz, ale celowo wybraliśmy hotel a apartament, w którym będziemy też częściowo jeść- nie spodziewaliśmy się konieczności zmywania na wakacjach. Okolica jest trochę pagórkowata - dotarcie zimą, w śniegu i z walizką było utrudnione.

Bałagan w pokoju, wszędzie koty z kurzu i włosy, osikana ubikacja, łóżko z rozrzuconymi wkładami bez pościeli.

Apartament bardzo ładnie urządzony, dobra lokalizacja, ok. 20 min do plaży na piechotę, bezkontaktowe zameldowanie, czysta pościel i ręczniki, podstawowe zapotrzebowanie - kosmetyki, kawa, herbata

cienkie ściany - słychać gości z mieszkania obok, balkon z oknem wychodzącym na mieszkanie obok, przez co brak prywatności, ściana dzieląca sypialnie i salon posiada lukę, przez którą wszystko słychać, brak możliwości uchylenia okien, brak TV kablowej, łóżko w sypialni dość wąskie i niewygodne

Lokalizacja w bardzo dobrym miejscu. Blisko do plaży i deptaka. Cicha ulica.

Czasami małe rzeczy mogą zepsuć ogólne wrażenie. Zwłaszcza gdy jest ich dużo. Począwszy od kontaktu z firmą, która wymagała informowania o przyjezdzie godzinę przed przyjazdem ( co jak się okazało nie było do niczego potrzebne bo zameldowanie jest bezkontaktowe), kontakt miał być telefoniczny, o czym obsługa nie informuje i nie wystarczyla wiadomość ( kilkukrotna) na bookingu. Dostanie się do apartamentu to istny labirynt kodow, drzwi i schodów. A na koniec okazuje się że apartament to przerobione mieszkanie, które jest podzielone na dwa apartamenty. W efekcie wejście do apartamentu jest przez przedpokój który jest duszny i niewygodny. Dla kogoś z wózkiem nie polecam. Apartament niby wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne ale jednak brakuje w nim jakichkolwiek półek w łazience czy nawet wieszaka na ubrania. Do szafki w przedpokoju wrzucone łóżeczko dziecięce i odkurzacz,w efekcie trudno jest powiesić ubrań. Popalone żarówki w lampach. Zepsuty dozownik na mydło, brak jakiegokolwiek mydła do rąk czy ściereczki do nauczyn. Naczynia i sztućce w kuchni porozrzucane losowo. Ogólnie apartament ok ale ja już do niego nie wrócę.
