Deception

because of the location and because it's new

Despite the listing stating that the upper floors are accessible by elevator, the building does not have an elevator. The inside doors do not close properly, including the bathroom door. The living room curtain had partially fallen down. The living room window does not close completely. They placed one handle over another in an attempt to hold it shut, but it was not possible to fully block the cold air. We had to place a blanket along the bottom of the window to keep the room warm. We experienced temperatures of -12°C. The kitchen window blind was open and had to be closed because it faces directly onto the street. However, it was almost impossible to close — there is no ladder or handle to reach it. This type of blind does not have cords to raise or lower it; it must be pulled manually. There were no kitchen towels in the kitchen. The bedroom window also wouldn't properly be shut. They did the same as described above about the living room window, which they used the handle from one side to try to close the other side. Also, the owners completely taped it shut, with a cloth placed at the bottom to try to block the cold air coming through. It could not be opened, not evenly partially. The bedroom power outlets do not work. The bed is positioned almost against the opposite wall, making it impossible to walk around it. To lie down or get up, it is necessary to climb over the bed and over the person lying on the left side. Very uncomfortable — but nothing compared to the bathroom, which has no shower enclosure, only a bathtub. To take a shower without flooding the entire bathroom, you have to sit inside the bathtub, and you must hold the sprinkler the entire time. There is nowhere near the bathtub to place soap, shampoo, or a towel. There is no trash bin in the bathroom. Although Booking states that personal hygiene items were provided, only two rolls of toilet paper were left. There was no soap or hand soap.

Nowe naczynia, dużo ręczników.

Brudno, zepsute okno, śmierdzące zasłony. Nie było ani mydła w płynie, ani szamponu, ani żelu pod prysznic. Zameldowanie odbyło się 18.01 i tego samego dnia poinformowałam firmę, że wanna jest bardzo brudna oraz że okno w sypialni jest zepsute i nie domyka się całkowicie. W sypialni było bardzo zimno, a na zewnątrz było −12. Spanie było niemożliwe z powodu zimna. CAŁY następny dzień czekałam na sprzątaczkę, która miała przyjść o 11, ale przyszła dopiero o 14. Technik od okien przyszedł prawie o 18, powiedział, że okno trzeba zdjąć i naprawić albo wymienić na nowe. W związku z tym po prostu zakleił okno taśmą, żeby mniej wiało. Zaproponowano nam przeprowadzkę do innego mieszkania W INNYM MIEŚCIE… Pierwszy dzień urlopu został stracony. Później okazało się, że okno w salonie również jest zepsute! Zasłony dawno nie były prane, bardzo nieprzyjemnie pachną. W sypialni są 2 kołdry, które raczej nadają się na lato, szczególnie biorąc pod uwagę zepsute okno, przez które wieje. W kuchni było dużo okruchów. Na podłodze były ślady bosych stóp. Podłoga ewidentnie nie była myta, a jedynie odkurzona. W mieszkaniu słychać wszystko, co dzieje się na klatce. Wyjazd był do godziny 11. W dniu wyjazdu o godzinie 10:30 ktoś dobijał się do mieszkania.
