Not good value for money for two

Location is good and the building seems safe. They have luggage storage after check out, which is well managed.

The room is not fit for two people. There was only one chair and one cup. The gym needs refurbishment. There wasn't enough body soap or hand soap for the first day.

Good Location,Most of the employees can’t speak English even the Receptionist. The towels and the sheets didn’t change, If you want to change it you must be pay extra.

Pet friendly, but not really

I have booked the accomodtion becausei t says pet friendly, however the information wasn't clear about the size of the pet, i have asked the property and they said that they accepted medium size dogs. My dog is medium size, but medium size dogs weight untill 25kg. The reception asked me to carry my dog from the door of the aprtment to the street. I couldnt have my dog on the leash. We have requested to the cleaner to not come while we were their to avoid problems with the dog. Next day we have received a email from the property telling us that the cleaner complasint about the dog size and she wasn't comfortble to clean. WE HAVENT REQUESTED HER TO CLEAN THE ROOM, WE ASKED THE OPOSITE, TO NOT CLEAN THE ROOM TO AVOID PROBLEMS!!!

No air con is unacceptable.

The room is large. Excellent views.

Air Con didn’t work. Some attempt to fix it but everything failed. No offer to move room and refused any kind of compensation. I was seeking 1 extra nights stay for free. This was totally unacceptable. Also didn’t have a sheet under the duvet so my skin was touching the duvet. No sheet or towel change in 9 days. Room cleaning happened only three times in 9 days and that was just emptying the bins.

De lujo en Botafogo!!

El apartamento es amplio, está bien ubicado y la cama es muy cómoda!! La piscina y el balcón están muy bien!!

Nos hospedamos en el alojamiento 11 días. Para que limpiasen la habitación había que solicitarlo por la app, que iba muy mal y tardaban mucho en contestar. No nos cambiaron las toallas ni las sábanas en todo el hospedaje.. había que pagar extra!! Con lo mucho que pagamos, me parece mal.

É uma acomodação antiga, cheguei depois das 15h e tinha um funcionário dentro do quarto consertando o secador no banheiro. Tive que esperar. Roupas de cama manchadas de maquiagem como se alguém tivesse deitado.

Luz no quarto era pouca, daí ficava escuro demais, cafeteira e purificador de água não funcionavam

Os funcionários da recepção parecem estar te fazendo um favor. São secos e antipáticos. Acomodação precisa modernizar. A pia da cozinha é difícil de usar. A torneira é grande para pia e molha tudo ao redor. O prédio também precisa de reforma. Um elevador quebrou e boa parte do tempo só tinha um para atender todo o prédio. Carpete dos corredores velho, manchado e com cheiro de mofo. A lavanderia é confusa para usar.
