The staff were nice, they let us leave our luggage after we checked out. They also have a nice place where you can sit and make yourself tea.
Limited hot water in the shower. At the beginning it was hot with good pressure but after several minutes it suddenly became cold and the hot water did not come back.

Top location in the historical centre of Cuzco near plaza San Blas. Very nice staff, tea and coffee available, confy bed, nice rooftop and quiet in the night. Reccomended!
One afternoon they did works inside the place with a lot of smoke and noise, and was not water, so we couldn’t take a shower. Maybe is better do it when there are no guests. No common area so not reallt sociable.

It is the second time I am staying in this home. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are very spacious and at a very convenient location. I will come back again! They also offer hot beverages throughout the day.

Location was good.
We were not given a room that was in the pictures that we viewed. It was quite rustic.
