The apartment is very spacious, with modern and stylish furniture, a beautiful view and a lovely outdoor area. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance of restaurants and shops.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the housekeeping service. According to the property’s policy, cleaning and towel/linen changes are provided every 3 days. We stayed for 7 nights, but on day 6 this service was not provided because we were leaving the following day.
We do not think this is acceptable. If a service is scheduled every 3 days, it should be provided regardless of whether guests are leaving the next day or staying longer. This is especially important at a seaside destination, where towels are used more frequently. In our case, we ended up using the second set of towels for 5 days.
When we raised the issue, we were told that we should have asked for fresh towels and linen. However, guests should not have to specifically request a service that the property states is provided automatically every 3 days.
This was not an additional request, but simply an expectation that the advertised housekeeping policy would be respected.

The property is very clean, well looked after. It is designed to a very high standard, modern and luxurious. The attention to details is impressive. Everything is thought of. It feels very much like a 5 star hotel. Toiletries are of a very high quality. We had bathrobes and slippers and even pool towels. We felt really spoilt. We also got upgraded from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom villa. Beds are very confortable and bedding is of a very good quality.
It is in a lovely location, with amazing sea views. There is a restaurant, cafe and little grocery shop at walking distance. It is in a very good position to be able to explore a lot of the beaches of the West coast of Lefkada.
Thank you to the hosts for making our stay really memorable. Looking forward to returning.

The house is beautiful, but the service was dreadful
