Living among local residents in this beautiful, traditional house is an amazing experience itself. The house is quite spacious and comfortable. It's in a quiet district, yet it's less than 10 min walk to the central plaza. The hosts were amazing, not only did they give us plenty of tips but arranged quickly a tour of their nearby finca which was definitely a highlight of our trip to Colombia. If we ever come back, we'll definitely stay here again.
Some basic spices like salt or sugar would be really useful, rarely it makes sense to buy 1 kg packs to use just a few teaspoons. Also, some small renovations to shower or doors (I got stuck in the bathroom twice :)) would be worth consideration.
