Camas incómodas somiers hacían mucho ruido nada más moverte, enchufes no puestos, grifos de la cocina rotos,

La cercanía a donde yo quería estar. De ahí la puntuación de ubicación.
Que fuera para cinco, con un sofá cama que no era cómodo. Una cama tenía el somier roto. Una habitación muy pequeña para dos camas. Que el único armario que tiene este cerrado con llave. Que tuviera que pedir un palo para el cepillo de barrer y alguna cosa más, tener que vaciar la bandeja que recoge el agua del aire acondicionado, que ya estaba rebosando cuando llegue. Y el garaje es cómodo para un coche pequeño.

Era amplio y estaba muy bien ubicado. Todo tipo de comercios cerca y bien comunicado para poder ir a la zona centro de Zaragoza
Le falta mantenimiento. Al somier le faltaban la mitad de las lamas y acabamos en el suelo. Lo cambiaron enseguida. Con un poco más de mantenimiento estaría perfecto.

Esta en un buen barrio con todo tipo de servicios y no excesivamente lejos del centro
El parking está a 10 min andando del establecimiento y no se puede parar para cargar o descargar. Las llaves hay que recogerlas en otra dirección, también difícil de aparcar o incluso estacionar,calle peatonal. Muy mal organizado en ese sentido.El apartamento parece un piso de estudiantes, lamparas del año chinpum , pintura del mismo año y menaje a retales, apañao!
