Noe Acre - 3 Bedroom Cottage - Tenby

The location was fantastic for us. The property was roomy with good amenities. A parking pass was useful (although 1 wasn't enough for a 3 bedroom property)

Certain things were just missing and could be improved for a more comfortable stay. 2 rooms didn't have wardrobes. The loo upstairs didnt have anywhere to put a hand towel. The main bedroom needed another mirror close to a plug. There wasn't a tin opener. The floor downstairs was very creaky and loud. The house smelled quite feisty and damp. It wasn't very clean, the blinds were filthy, the radiator in the main bathroom was very dusty. If you moved something, it was very dusty with cobwebs behind it. The bedding smelled dusty. It felt like a house that wasn't touched for months, cleaned and left. The garden was overgrown and all the weeds at the front made it look unkempt. It needs a little love. I also didnt like the lack of amenities. A little gift bag, maybe some milk and teabags would be appreciated for the price we paid.

We found the Lock box quite tricky to open and close. We could not find dishwasher tablets Garden was somewhat neglected and weedy- a pity as it was a most lovely location to sit out in.

would have been good to provide logs and matches and instructions for the cooker , steep steps outside up to property with no handrail
