The location was central. The property offered enough space for our family and was clean.
The beach was walkable but if you have to carry anything and your elderly it’s not gonna work.

Townhome is beautiful inside and location to the beach, walmart, very nice dining restaurant Saltwater Grill (Delicious Food across from the townhome) , dollar store all walking distances.
This townhome is not for any parties people, just for relaxation people.
Great instructions and directions information from the home owner. Very clean inside and outside.

Property was very close to activities
Property wasn't in great condition. Not as clean as we would have liked. Tried to document all the chips, cracks, scratches, scuffs and dirt throughout property upon arrival and honestly it was so much that I just stopped taking pics. Multiple roaches were found, I had to take pics of those too. 3rd bedroom was a balcony previously and is entirely to hot for a child to stay in. Did not meet our expectations at all and would not stay again.
