De locatie is super, vanaf de piste kan je zo naar het hotel toe skiën. Mooi uitzicht en goede faciliteiten. Daarnaast erg vriendelijk personeel!

De parkeergarage is ENORM klein en smal. (max 6 auto's). Wij hebben een grote auto en deze kon er net aan in. Parkeerruimte is erg beperkt. Als de auto eenmaal geparkeerd staat is het top, maar het er in en uit rijden is een enorm gedoe (met een grote auto).

Overall, good, comfortable, clean. Helpful staff.

Good breakfast buffet. Good ski-in ski-out location. Very clean. Friendly staff overall.

We were told that there are vegetarian options for dinner (booking option was only half-board) but vegetarian options were often only side dishes of meat/fish plates. Once also we were served an extremely salty wok instead. The rooms are smaller in reality than what is said. They look bigger in the pictures (stated ~17sqm), but in reality, I think our room was about 12-13sqm. The owner of the shop in the hotel did not want to accept the returns of bathing suites after 3 days, even though he had said at the beginning that we can return if they do not fit well. He said he cannot guarantee they are not used after 1 day (the tags were still on, and the suits were clearly unused, in the same condition sold to us). Dogs allowed in the hotel but not in the restaurant area (which we only found out later) which made it a bit impractical for us The extra charge for having a dog is ~25 EUR per day, which is the highest I ever had to pay (also the amount was only communicated when asked) Overall not great value for money
