A casa é confortável, em meio a muita natureza, piscina e lagoa maravilhosas.
Infelizmente tivemos vizinhos muito barulhentos com som alto dia e noite. Tb tivemos o contratempo do forno ter quebrado. O condomínio precisa melhorar a coleta de lixo q ficou acumulado e organizar regras sobre som na piscina e lagoa.
