O condomínio tem acesso a Lagoa Aruá, muito tranquilo. A casa é espaçosa, acomodou perfeitamente 7 pessoas (existe 01 colchão reserva).
O acesso ao condomínio é de estrada de chão, quando chove (no fds que fui choveu) fica um pouco mais difícil.
