Stylish 3 bedroom house with parking & garden

Property was ideal for us 3 children and 2 adults. Fresh Beddings, towels and blow driers to tea and coffee facilities were appreciated Dan was super helpful when contacted for help with WiFi.

Taps were old at the bath. Other than that everything was fine.

Excellent location, very comfortable and really good service.

Kitchen equipment could be upgraded in one or two areas

The property was very spacious and very well maintained, all the facilities were there and everything we needed was ready to use.

There was a very unpleasant smell of rubbish coming out of the front door bins. As it’s hot we were with the window open, and the smell was unbearable so either we were hot, or we had to manage the smell. Also, the cleaning crew left some dirty stuff around the house, which meant that they didn’t check the house properly, but of course we were charged for the cleaning fee. A open bag of cereal was left in a drawer, together with a sponger and two dirty spoons in one of the rooms, and a half used roll of kitchen towels left in the drawer of the other room.

The property location was perfect for us. The check in & out was very easy.

The cleanliness of the property wasn’t great, the kitchen floor was visibly dirty and there was a very unpleasant smell from the dishwasher. In the en-suite and bathroom there was a lot of dust that had collected behind the doors. There was built up grime along the bottom of the shower and around the taps. The taps were very very loose, they started to spin when trying to turn them on and off. There was also property left in the cupboard in the single bedroom (I assume from previous guests) We did have a slight issue with ants in the kitchen but we understand this is an issue in the area after speaking with family who live close by, this was rectified quickly after contacting the host. The property is tired, it’s not presented well and not very well maintained.
