....... Tutto Dalla A alla Z!!!! Il Personale Gentilissimo, accogliente e soprattutto professionale. La Signora Vanessa e il Signor Stefano ci hanno accolti come se fossimo di casa. Colazione sempre precisa e ampiamente soddisfacente, pulizia dei locali a dir poco perfetta, posizione a due passi dal Centro di Tortolì. Grazie di Tutto. E Speriamo di ritornare da voi anche in futuro. Buona Vita ❤️

De kamer was zeer luxe, ruime badkamer en lekker ontbijt.
De communicatie met de host was onvoldoende. De host hebben we niet ontmoet. Het inchecken verliep via een telefoontje waarbij de poort en deuren op afstand open werden gemaakt en voor ons niet altijd duidelijk was waar we naar toe moesten. Gedurende de eerste dag tot in de avond werden we gestoord voor check-in informatie (meerdere malen geappt en gebeld) terwijl wij vooraf gevraagd hebben of hij informatie nodig had. Daarnaast hadden we geen informatie gekregen hoe we moesten uitchecken. Dit is vervolgens opgelost met een Italiaans sprekende schoonmaker...
