Very clean, lots of thoughtful touches like the coffee bar, s’mores station and ping pong table in the back yard. Hosts are EXCELLENT. Very responsive. We had a minor repair issue and the owner had a repair person there within 45 minutes, which was pretty unbelievable. To me, that’s a huge plus.
Road noise. It’s on a well-travelled street. It quiets down fairly early, though.

It was very clean. Amenities were very up-to-date.
The property had an awful mildew mold, smell not good if you have any respiratory issues
