The floors were not clean. They need deep scrubbing, not just a quick mop.

The registration staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The mattress was perfect. When I commented to the staff, I was told they were brand new.

I didn't get up in time for the complimentary breakfast. But I did enjoy some coffee. The bed is SUPER SOFT!!!!! It just hugs you!!!!

I liked the friendliness of the staff overall. I had an issue and the staff members didn't hesitate to help me. The rooms aren't my usual style but, I can say they were clean.
I didn't like that my room didn't come with an iron. The TV picture quality also was very fuzzy. I'm not sure as of why.
