L’emplacement est très pratique et l’appartement est propre.
Il n’est pas normal de demander une caution de 500 € sans faire un état des lieux et sans voir personne. Les messages concernant le ménage (qu’on a payé…) étaient trop militaires et manquaient de formules de remerciements.

Tout (proprete, confort, conciergerie hyper reactive, proximité du centre ville, appartement spacieux, bonne literie...)
fonds d épicerie un peu limité (pas d'huile d'olive... la base !) vis à vis d'autres expériences airbnb, pas de marque d' hospitalité (denrées d accueil fréquentes ne serait ce qu une boisson fraiche et 2/3 biscuits) Il me semble que le tarif permettrait cela.

Good location, nice decor
Only one room had a mirror, or wardrobe … could do with more functional furniture. Excessive ‘fees’ for breakages, not cleaning up etc - would rather this was just added into costs

Bien situé
Demande d’une caution jour obtenir le code de l’entrée dans l’appartement !!! Scandaleux dans la mesure où il n’y a pas d’état des lieux !!! Des pages de consignes partout dans l’appartement avec des menaces d’amende !!! Porte du four qui tombe quand on l’a ouverte !!! Tâches sur les draps !!
