Complex way to get the property keys and bring them back No body wash and shampoo in shower

L'equipement salle de douche. C.à.d il manquent une barre de sécurité dans la douche; une tringle à serviette et 1 à 2 crochets pour y suspendre nos vêtements ainsi que 2 porte-verres de chaque côté du lavabo. Essentiel : un miroir dans une chambre ou au salon ne serait pas de trop: ça éviterait à une famille de faire la queue derrière la porte de la salle d'eau ! Ainsi qu'un porte-manteaux à l'entrée vu que la petite chambre à coucher n'a ni armoire ni crochet pour y suspendre des vêtements.

La décoration, le confort et l’emplacement central et tranquille.

Les indications que je n’ai pas reçu pour obtenir les clés du logement. J’ai perdu du temps et j’ai stressé !

The location is great. The apartment is stylish.

Finding the apartment was an awful experience. Instructions were not clear. We were treated rudely by others who lived within the property. The automatic light in the very narrow winding staircase turned off before getting to the apartment and left us to find our way in darkness until the last few steps when the light would again turn on. The keys to the apartment would not let us even lock the apartment. Seriously, a locksmith is needed! There was no toaster. The dining table nearly fell over when we opened the drawer to get to the silverware drawer. There was only one mirror in the entire apartment (VERY difficult with multiple women traveling) and that was in the bathroom which was very poorly lit. No shower door meant that every shower meant water splashing all over the bathroom floor. To top it off, the design of the bathroom sink was such that any use of that faucet meant water splashing over whomever was using it. Finally, this is a very old building and yes, it's very charming. However the ancient beams are such, that getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom meant often running right into a beam. Having a bloody forehead is not what I hoped for.
