Asuntoyhtiössä täydellinen jätteiden lajittelumahdollisuus. Asunnon sijainti hyvä, vaikkakin tiealue hyvin jyrkkä, ja talven jäljiltä rinteet sepeliä täynnä. Asunto kompakti, sängyt yläkerrassa, jonne jyrkät portaat.
Keittiössä vain yksi roskis (lajittelumahdollisuus heikko) Muut pikku-juttuja; Sauna oli pimeä, koska polttimo palanut. Astianpesukoneen alla ei vaikuttanut olevan tulvasuojaa. Wc-paperia oli vain vajaa rulla.

Die Hütte ist wirklich sehr schön und gemütlich. Sie hat alles was man braucht. Die Sauna ist geräumig, es war sehr angenehm warm, die Küche umfangreich ausgestattet. Der Kamin macht es zudem auch noch mollig warm. Wir würden jederzeit wieder sie Hütte buchen.
