I loved the beautiful building with old hardwood floors and pretty ceilings. Very nice location with restaurants, bars, cafes close by. The room is cozy and clean, a combination of modern and classical details. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions we didn’t get to use the jacuzzi, but I’d love to return to do that. Unlike big hotels, this place is a small jewel with character.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and did that little extra under our stay. Clean and nice room with our own hot tub on the balcony.
The house is old but in good condition.
Also very nice bar/restaurant just outside the hotel, with great outdoor dining.

The location is good as it is central and one can walk to most attractions within a reasonable time.
We booked Athens Flair Hotel as a post-exam treat for my daughter and her friend, specifically because of the advertised private jacuzzi and terrace cinema. Neither existed during their stay.
Crucially, the hotel did not inform us in advance, nor was this mentioned at check-in. It was only when they asked that excuses were offered. Failing to disclose the absence of key advertised amenities — both before arrival and upon check-in — is unacceptable and feels deliberately misleading.
A one-night refund does not compensate for the disappointment or the fact that, had we been told the truth upfront, we would have booked elsewhere and avoided undermining what should have been a special trip.
