This is more of a glamorous boutique establishment like a beacon of serenity in a bustling central location close to all tourist sites and more .The viral Sol cinnamon bun cafe is on your door step. The suit we had was clean cosy and elegant just enough for our family of 4 .The beds were comfortable, great power shower and the suits were cleaned daily and towels changed. The out door hot tub / jacuzzi was such a treat after a long day sight seeing the ideal perfect ending to a day well spent.
Front of house staff - George was so kind; we arrived at nearly midnight but he still managed to help us get some dinner for the children who were famished. His name comes to mind as he welcomed us on arrival but that does not take away from the kindness ,warm welcome we got throughout our stay from the other staff we got to know such as Valez( sorry if name is wrong) and others. Very knowledgeable about the area and great resource for places to visit and dine. We had the most wonderful time. Almost everywhere we went was within a reasonable 10-20min walk . When we used taxis (uber) it was usually no more than 15mins away.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found it very comfortable. We do, however, have some constructive feedback regarding breakfast.
The breakfast spread was attractively presented, but covering the food may help maintain freshness. When we arrived around 8.30–9.00am, the sandwiches and pastries were quite dry. Also we really like boiled eggs may I suggest leaving them unpeeled in a warmer instead . As often the boiled eggs seemed to be left untouched.
The cooked-to-order breakfast is a good offering, though on our first morning the Greek-style eggs Benedict were served cold. The second morning was slightly better, but the food was still not hot enough.
While the reception welcome was excellent, the breakfast service felt less engaging. Staff would be sitting around waiting for guests to arrive ( expected as not busy) but they did not appear to re-engage when we entered the dining area taking their time to get back into the spirit of their roles, which made the experience feel less welcoming. One server, who declared that it was his first day on the job when asked a question he didnt quite know the answer to but was going to find out, was friendly and attentive and made a positive impression.

Location. - close to lots of restaurants, local shops and chain stores. 7-8 mins walk to two major metro stations and direct bus to airport. 10-15 mins walk to acropolis, and many other key sites and museums.
Room is comfortable and good size. Bathroom is similar to North American standard.
Breakfast is excellent- buffet style and order to cook.
Front desk and dining room staffs are friendly helpful. Especially Savvas who helped us a lot.

Very noce hotel, kind and geuine hospitality from staff. Reception very helpful.
Due to Marathon, on our departure day there was a problem, a booked taxi to the airport, could not reach us.
I request the last night refund to get another hotel near the airport, the Booking.com referred me to the Reservation of the hotel- unhelpful and we had to stay arranged the booked taxi to pick us up from somewhere near the hotel.
We had disable person 5 luggages and a baby had to walk to the taxi.
This was the only matter not happy and the hotel reception warned us fot the Marathan day took place on our dparture day.
End of the day we had to adjust and resolve the problem ourself, otherwise we will be back to this hotel due to a comfortable stay there.
Thoroughly, recommended and the hotel like many other hotels, is in the middle of everything and walkable to the historic area.
Clean, comfirtable bed, great atomospher and nice, kind and hospitable staffs.
Location is great walk to station shops, cafe and historical places.
