Nice little utilitarian apartment. Had everything we needed. The location is superb. 5 minute walk to the U1 underground, and everything is reachable from there. The apartment had parking, a vending machine and a laundry room.
As other mentioned, the parking is really cramped. Hard to get in and out from. The appliances were really low tier. The dishwasher was really bad, and everything came out wet. Same for toaster over, stove etc. Water pressure in the shower was pretty low.

Clean & cozy apartment, a free parking spot in a garage, quiet neighborhood, subway station is very close.
The shelf next to the bed hangs a little, but that's just a tiny discomfort
