VILLA ANTARES

Das Haus ist schön mit Blick aufs Meer gelegen, hervorragend ausgestattet und bis auf ein etwas dunkles Einzelzimmer auch innen geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir waren zu 8 Erwachsenen und haben uns im Haus, an dem großen Tisch, den Chill-Ecken und am Pool im Garten voller Blumen sehr wohl gefühlt. Der nächstgelegene Strand war unser Lieblingsaufenthalt, da die Bucht kleiner war und eine nette Strandbar hatte. Angela war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich und flexibel. Auch über die Flasche Wein im Außenkühlschrank haben wir uns gefreut.

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war der Pool, der einen größeren flachen Bereich hatte, als wir dachten. Für Kinder ist das aber ideal.

This is the perfect villa. The kitchen/outdoor dining/bbq/bedroom/bathroom/lounger facilities are absolutely tip top. Everything is in good working order, tasteful and plentiful. We loved the boules/table tennis and chess on site. The view of the ocean from the property is stunning. The garden is beautiful. Swifts visit the pool in the evening and you can watch pipistrelle bats feed on insects every night in the garden. A perfect beach and beach cafe are just a 15 min walk away(down hill) There is parking if you can't face the walk back!

The pool is very shallow at one end and increase to just 1.5 mtrs. It is perfect for kids but not for swimming lengths.

Villa Antares is perfectly located in a peaceful part of the island. While you'll need a car, you're just a short drive from many beautiful beaches, making it an ideal base for exploring. The villa is spacious, with a wonderful garden and pool area that's perfect for relaxing. There's also a fantastic BBQ for enjoying meals outdoors. Every room has its own air conditioning, which is essential during the Sardinian summer. The house has an authentic Sardinian character and charm, making the stay feel special.

There wasn't really much to dislike about Villa Antares. The only points worth mentioning are that the pool is quite shallow, which makes it excellent for families with young children but less ideal if you enjoy swimming. The interior is very traditional, with an authentic Sardinian style. While this gives the villa plenty of character, some guests may find the décor a little dated or cluttered with traditional ornaments. One thing to be aware of is that, despite our 12-night stay, there was no mid-stay housekeeping service, fresh towels, or linen change. Many villas in this price range include these services. The bathrooms also don't provide toiletries such as shampoo or shower gel, so it's worth bringing your own.
