Sehr ruhige Lage in gepflegtem Wohngebiet 50m entfernt vom Meer. Tiefgarage direkt unter der Wohnung. Sehr gute Ausstattung und helles, ansprechendes Ambiente. Die Veranda mit Leseecke lädt zum ausgiebigen Verweilen aus.
