The neighborhood is nice, close to a lot of things. The house itself is adorable, and was well stocked with everything you might need. The beds were very comfortable, and the furniture inviting. The breezeway was nice to go outside and relax. The board games were varied, and TV was great as well. We loved that we were able to have our 4-legged family member with us- she loved the back yard.
I was disappointed that it did not have a fire pit as advertised, it is rather noisy as the freeway is very close, and the back yard was flooded in the middle.

The backyard is very nice and has plenty of space to run around. I recommend the rain shower head. The neighborhood is quite and easy to get in and out off.
The king bed is overwhelming soft. I do NOT recommend. Luckily there's another bed. I found out the hard way that sometimes the GPS brings up the wrong location, 23rd STREET and not 23rd DRIVE. Not that same.
