Complete remodel inside and out. Spacious spotless home in a quiet neighborhood in Phoenix. Large family room with fireplace, living room, dining room seats 6++ plenty of space. Master bedroom has king bed w/ attached bathroom, large closet with additional walk-in closet. Queen size bed in the second bedroom. Bedroom number 3 comes with 2 single beds with optional single(upon request). Dual sinks with a shower/tub combo in 2nd bathroom. Kitchen is fully supplied new appliances, big farm sink with all the necessities and amenities including coffee maker& grinder. All linens/bedding and towels are included. Washer and dryer located in laundry room. Spacious, private, grass filled back yard w/BBQ with tons of patio space and outdoor furniture surrounded by a 6 foot block fence . There is a 2-car garage, large 3 car driveway and additional space on the street. Front yard is desert landscaping but also fenced and secure. Quick drive to all highways, entertainment, sports and other activities. Dogs are an option, plenty of space. Cable TV and WI-FI included. Cleaning available for an additional fee. Smoking allowed out and away from the house.

The owners contacted us early and gave great instructions on how they wanted to meet and get us situated. The owners were very helpful in explaining how stuff runs in the house and gave us some good local recommendations for activities, etc. Really was easy and we had a great time. We liked the cable TV and internet provided - didn't expect internet! That was great.

Amy and Dennis are amazing—so kind and friendly!! They really helped me out when I was in a bind and worked with me to make it all work. And the house is perfect and has everything you could possibly need!!

The owners are very responsive to anything we needed, coffee pot, restaurant recommendations, late arrival time. The home is remodeled beautifully and very modern. However, the reality is, during our two week stay we encountered “palmetto bugs” inside the home - one landed on my husband’s head while we were watching tv one evening. As soon as the owners were notified, they did come treat for them, but we made the decision to leave a week early - losing a lot of $$
